Shipping
Shipments are made in 24-48 hours if the merchandise is available.
Please if you need your shipment urgently, contact us by phone and we will give you precise information on when you will receive it or if you need a tracking number.
All shipments are made by Seur/UPS or similar agencies in Spain, UPS/DPD in Europe.
If you reside in Madrid you can also pick it up at our office. In this case, select "pick up in store" in the means of transport at the end of the cart and you will not be charged for shipping.

Returns
You can return your purchase without conditions within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled and in perfect condition. If so, you will receive a full refund of your purchase using the same payment method you initially used. It is not necessary to keep the original packaging, but it is necessary to ensure good packaging so as not to damage the product during the return shipment.
